Fix broken links

Serving the docs locally with uv run mkdocs serve reveals the following issues:

INFO    -  Doc file 'HPC Cluster/batchcomputing.md' contains an unrecognized relative link 'XXX', it was left as is.
INFO    -  Doc file 'HPC Cluster/batchcomputing.md' contains an unrecognized relative link 'XXX', it was left as is.
INFO    -  Doc file 'HPC Cluster/batchcomputing.md' contains an unrecognized relative link 'XXX', it was left as is.
INFO    -  Doc file 'HPC Cluster/datamanagement.md' contains an unrecognized relative link 'Batch Computing - SLURM: WIKI URL', it was left as is.
INFO    -  Doc file 'HPC Cluster/getstarted.md' contains an unrecognized relative link 'XXX', it was left as is.
INFO    -  Doc file 'HPC Cluster/batchcomputing.md' contains a link 'datamanagement.md#storage-services-&-policiesstorage', but the doc 'HPC
           Cluster/datamanagement.md' does not contain an anchor '#storage-services-&-policiesstorage'.
