Explain build-deploy-update cycle using helper scripts

The Development And Contribution Guide should contain a section explaining how to use the scripts used for compiling, packaging, providing and updating the service:

• compiling: msbuild scripts
• packaging / providing: Deploy-NewBuild.ps1
• trigger the updater: to be documented
