Testing the pipeline locally

I tested pipeline locally and bash and R scripts are not executed with docker containers (as Alex indicated before). I removed the Singularity for bash scripts and used an R module provided by sciCORE and the execution was successful. However, one of checksums of the produced output did not match to the reference.
