        The repository can be found on https://github.com/zavolanlab/mirflowz .
        There a contributor I do not know but it appeared when making the migration (fgypas).
        The branch dev branch is unprotected; should it be protected?
        There are two branches, dev-legacy and isomir-legacy, which GitHub asks to compare & pull request.

        • fgypas is Foivos Gypas, he just to be in the group
        • I have protected the dev branch on GitHub
        • I have deleted the legacy branches - it's enough to keep them on here, in case we would ever want to look at them again (doubt it)

        I have also added a note to the README.md here to let people know that the repo was migrated. I will archive this repo now.
