Cluster Configuration must be replaced by profiles

According to snakemake documentation (https://snakemake.readthedocs.io/en/v6.0.5/snakefiles/configuration.html?highlight=cluster%20config#cluster-configuration-deprecated) the cluster config shall be replaced by profiles
