Collapse directionality parameters in sample table

In the current samples table, the parameters kallisto_directionality alfa_directionality alfa_plus alfa_minus are required. However, the pipeline documentation only mentions kallisto_directionality. The remaining 3 parameters should also be described there with explanations.
As it is inconvenient for a user to figure out which values to put where, wouldn't there be a possibility to have only one field with strandedness and infer the parameters that have to be passed to alfa and kallisto from there? I'm sure we discussed that in the beginning, but I think it's worth considering again given the pain for a user. In my opinion samples table should be kept as concise as possible if we want to advertise ease-of-use.
