Notify people who signed up for zarp feedback

Not sure where else to put this, but

This is a reminder to keep an eye on the zarp feedback form

@kanitz and @katsanto have access to the responses in the form. People might sign up there for

• contributing to zarp
• beta-testing
• being notified upon official release of zarp.
