I have set some initial grounds for the work on CI for zarp on GitHub:
https://github.com/AngryMaciek/zarp-test
The repo above reflects the structure of zarp tests but makes use of GitHub Actions to run the scripts.

I propose that once we are ready to migrate (i.e. all other PRs are closed here) we push the repo to GitHub. I assume we want to keep all the commit history, right? Therefore we will just transfer the master branch and start a new dev there?
What do you think @kanitz ?

Since all this is to be done at the very end of this development cycle let's keep ToDo label for now.
