Make test output more verbose
When running the integration workflow test manually it is not immediately visible whether it passed successfully. It might help to just clearly write "TEST SUCCESSFUL" or "TEST FAILED, see above for details" upon exit.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
