Change project name

According to #58 (closed) the new name for the project is Rhea. The new name or its computer-friendly version rhea should be used wherever possible, including:

  • project name on GitLab
  • documentation
  • environment.yml files
  • anywhere else where rnaseq_pipeline or similar is used
