Change project name

According to #58 (closed) the new name for the project is Rhea. The new name or its computer-friendly version rhea should be used wherever possible, including:

project name on GitLab
documentation
environment.yml files
anywhere else where rnaseq_pipeline or similar is used

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
