Snakefile and subworkflows with main set of rules are properly wired and integration test with synthetic data is available. Test cases for scripts and at least one individual Snakemake rule have been added. Usage is documented. Tests run automatically for every push and Git Flow model is enforced. Snakemake input files can be automatically prepared from LabKey table. Repository structure follows recommendations for Snakemake workflows.
