Updated repository:

Proper architecture of folders and files
Working workflow locally and in slurm
Added environment.yml to create a conda environment with the necessary dependencies
Added images folder containing DAG and rule graph figures.
RUN_JOB folder for user own sample execution.
Tests for local and cluster execution with a small input test file.
