feat: deep-leaning poly(A) classifier

Apart from (mostly minor) issues above, a Nextflow subworkflow (see e.g., !10 (closed) and !16 (closed)) would be nice to show how this actually works in practice. Also, comments from @zavolan on the actual code functionality are still due.
