Create an example run

Create some real sample run along with the reports and visualisations. Input data, configs, intermediate data & output should be made available on Zenodo and linked to the documentation (see #136 (closed)).

It might be reasonable to use a publicly available dataset for the example run, so we can upload the pipeline/config/results to zenodo and refer to the original data upload? That way we do not need to take accountability for the data at all - we just say we used an already existing submission.
