BIOPZ-Katsantoni Maria requested to merge create_full_input_table into master

This branch contains input_parser.py which takes as input a labkey file and based on a entry_dictionary.tsv dictionary produces a config file and a samples table to trigger the snakelike workflow. closes #39 (closed)
