Looks good to me, but updates to the docs are missing: https://git.scicore.unibas.ch/zavolan_group/pipelines/rhea/issues/23#note_16888

And as I mentioned in https://git.scicore.unibas.ch/zavolan_group/pipelines/rhea/issues/23#note_16892 I have a separate branch where I also have to update the docs with information about TIN boxplots. Yet these are docs and I do not want to stop people from already testing the execution.

I'm sorry @bakma, but I won't merge this without the documentation. Documentation is a critical part of every change, and we cannot risk that the code base and the documentation diverge. In the future, please do not have separate branches for your feature and the documentation of your feature, it's very bad practice. For now, please merge your documentation branch into your feature branch. I will then merge the combined branch into master and close #23 (closed)
