Merge kallisto

• Added new rules kallisto_merge_genesand kallisto_merge_transcriptsto pipeline_documentation.md and Snakefile.
• Both rules merge kallisto results for all samples with the same sequencing mode and generate separated summary tables for expression (TPM) and projected raw counts.
• Tables are merged with a custom R script (https://github.com/zavolanlab/merge_kallisto).
• Updated expected output files for the testing.
• Close issue #104 (closed)
