Needed additions/changes:
- Handle PAE matrix input
- Allow for storage of all models
- Add options to keep MSA and PAE only for top ranked model
- Relax comparison with web PDB
- Simplified folder structure for input data
- Added primary citation for models
- Minor changes in metadata and descriptions

Make validation work with dictionary version 1.4.5 (info on PDBx dic split up into its single components)
