Changed the OpenStructure version from "2.3.0" to "latest" to ensure the use of an available version.

Needed additions/changes:
- Handle PAE matrix input
- Allow for storage of all models
- Add options to keep MSA and PAE only for top ranked model
- Relax comparison with web PDB
- Simplified folder structure for input data
- Added primary citation for models
- Minor changes in metadata and descriptions
