renamed sequence_offset to offset 

likewise, changed SetSequenceOffset to SetOffset and GetSequenceOffset
to GetOffset. Note that this does only affect the method names of the
ConstSequenceHandle and SequenceHandle, AlignmentHandle remains
untouched.
