This finishes changes started in the mem-optimize branch to
remove the AtomProp class from the public interface.

In addition to accessing the properties, say, the radius,  with
atom.GetProp().radius, it is now possible to call atom.GetRadius().

Also, rename AtomBase::GetProp() to AtomBase::GetAtomProps().

The old signatures are still available in Python, but produce
a deprecation warning. After some time, we will remove the
long signatures completely.
