testing script labkey_to_snakemake_table test fails because of aboslute paths

Somehow the output samples_table and config.yaml created by labkey_to_snakemake.py is producing absolute paths? @kanitz did you maybe add an option for relative paths? i think the call within this test should contain relative paths, otherwise it cannot pass the md5sum check
