Temp directories within zarp results directory

Some rules (e.g generate_alfa_index) are using temp folders. These are by default located in different locations according to the operating systems and there might be quota limits (e.g scratch folder is full). I think we should always specify a temp directory within the rules, with specific paths in the results folder.
