ALFA extensions

Extended ALFA by generating nucleotide distribution for unique reads only (called Unique). So far the results were for unique and multi-mapping reads (UniqueMultiple). Also included a new rule to concatenate the resulting distribution .pdf into one .png. The vertical ordering of the results is: Unique Categories, Unique Biotypes, UniqueMultiple Categories, UniqueMultiple Biotypes; each with distribution and enrichment plot.
