Cluster.json was updated

Zarp was tested on real samples originating from yeast, mouse and human. Multiple jobs ran out of memory: creating index for salmon create_index_salmon, mapping reads with salmon pe_quantification_salmon quantification_salmon, sort_bed_4_big. The amount of memory designated for these jobs was increased.
