solve inexistent problem
Ambiguous disulfid bonds get resolved by a brute force approach, optimizing the disulfid bond geometries. If there are many, brute forcing gets rather expensive (This only happens in the artificial case of having a structure only consisting of cysteines). The implemented algorithm uses a greedy heuristic to divide the problem into smaller subproblems, that can easily be solved.
