Both options perform lossy compression but have different hard
upper bounds of reconstruction error. LOSSY has 0.087A, INFER_POS
has 0.5A.

Removes code duplication

Add `unassigned=True` argument to the scorer object, and
additional properties with the unassigned ligands.

This introduces basic functionality to find out the reason why
a ligand (target or model) is not assigned.

Only perform compression if reconstruction error is < 0.5A. Info whether
compression is performed is stored in a bitfield.

Apply latest changes in QS-score based mapping also to lDDT based
mapping.

SetElement sets default properties for mass and radius. Previously
set charge and anisou got wiped in the process. Charge and anisou
are now transferred and only mass and radius are reset.

use greedy full strategy with contact map pruning enabled

If enabled, the greedy extension only checks chains which have at least 3
contacts in trg/mdl towards the already mapped chains where contact is defined
as CB distance < 8A.
