Table listing clades profiled by StrainPhlAn, with additional information. Notice that StrainPhlAn performs additional checks/filtering steps and if less than two samples remain, strain profiling is not performed for a particular clade. Thus this list is shorter than {{ snakemake.wildcards.dataset }}_clades.txt_.
Also notice that if less than 4 samples remained, RAxML will not create a tree and therefore subsequent images will not be generated (see columns raxml_tree_png, raxml_ggtree_1_png, raxml_ggtree_2_png).
