takes care of the case where the resolution of the path of a dependency already point to a library within the bundle

The old implementation segfaulted because of unknown reasons.
The new implementation has been tested on thousands of structures and
seems to be stable and roughly 3 times faster.

added libexec dir to OSX deployment cmake script
fixed path to python library for OSX packaging
