Implement cleanup of grace location.

After the configurable period (GraceExpire) is over, remove folders from the grace location.

Along with the mechanisms to be defined in #13 (closed), use a marker file (CleanupGraceLocation.txt?) in a host-specific location to trigger the cleanup.
