Ignore missing (struct_conf|struct_sheet_range).(beg|end)_label_seq_id data item in fault_tolerant mode of mmCIF reader.

Depending on the used BLAST version, there might be one low quality hit more
or less. The unit test is now less stringent in a sense that we check whether
the perfect hits are found.

Newer version have a hard limit for maximum file size that has been
exceeded by the arguments provided by the blast binding.
We simply use the default instead. Thanks to Andrius Merkys for the proposed fix.

Some BLAST version have a leading whitespace, the regex didn't match
